Data Analyst Opening
Clark’s Consulting Connection, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst for a client in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Objective:
-
Perform critical data reporting and analytics capabilities while monitoring performance to identify improvement opportunities. This role will analyze complex data structure to generate useful business insights and develop reporting to monitor business critical results. A team member of the Line of Credit Audit team with the following skills, auditor, data consultation, data gathering, and data analysis.
Responsibilities:

Gain a thorough understanding of the complete Line of Credit processes and procedures. Communicate with business leadership and customers to establish data requirements; quantitative and qualitative analysis

Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Assist with the development of audits to include audit objectives, scopes, programs, questionnaires, procedures, work papers, and timetables

Prepare organized, accurate, and competent work papers ensuring all documentation clearly supports the conclusions regarding each audit objective

Travel Requirement – 10%

Contribute to team efforts through accomplishing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance (preferred)
-
Experience with SQL or similar data querying language

Experience with Excel and VBA
-
Adept at queries, report writing, and present findings
