Corporate Recruiter Opening

Clark’s Consulting Connection, LLC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a client in Spartanburg, South Carolina.



The Corporate Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and talent strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

The Corporate Recruiter will be an integral member of the team, responsible for driving all aspects of the full lifecycle recruiting process in partnership with leaders and candidates across all teams. The Recruiter will put their communication and connection skills to work as they share the HyBridge story and vision with prospective candidates. Ability to guide leaders and hiring teams on how to effectively hire quality candidates via the most impactful recruiting methodologies.


The Corporate Recruiter develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.

Collaborates with practice leaders to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, VP, and other stakeholders.

The Recruiter will collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.


The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for all new hire on-boarding activities, coordinating with the appropriate team memembers and following up with new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include; sourcing, screening, behavioral-based interviewing, and offer negotiations.

  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.

  • High energy and passion.

  • Excellent organizational skills with expectation of routine project and task management.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Corporate Seat.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 4-6 years of corporate recruiting experience preferred.

  • Passion for staying abreast of the latest industry trends in recruiting, including new tools and cutting-edge technology preferred.


Travel Requirements

This position typically has a nationwide travel expectation of up to 20%.  


Work Environment

A combination of home office and HyBridge corporate office. 


Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
